Conor McGregor made a big entrance at a Liverpool nightclub over the weekend. He arrived at the much anticipated event in a white Rolls Royce, just before midnight. The 6 year old nightclub, dubbed Mansion, has seen its share of celebrities in the 6 years since opening.
It has never seen anything like the arrival and partying of Conor McGregor.
The UFC superstar, widely known as the “fifth Beatle” not only got his groove on at the swanky club, but did a little guest DJ-ing. The crowd went crazy, as Conor flipped the turntables and rocked the party. Next, he took a page out of Floyd Mayweather’s book and pulled out a wad of money and began making it rain on the partygoers. Conor egged on the crowd with “you know you want this” and began showering money down. The 1,000+ crowd went crazy as partygoers rushed the stage.
Wearing designer sunglasses and an unbuttoned Louis Vuitton shirt, Conor broke all the dress code rules at Club Mansion, but nobody gave a whip. Conor owned the night and gave club promotor Michael Ellis tons of free publicity. After the party wound down, club goers thronged Conor and would not let him leave. Once he finally got back in his Rolls Royce, Conor was jammed by fans on the street and created a massive traffic jam at 2 in the morning. McGregor was in Liverpool for the Grand National event, at Aintree racecourse.
The UFC 2 division champion is currently training for a mega boxing bout with the undefeated Floyd Mayweather. If that fight happens and he wins, his fame will go into the stratosphere.
