The UFC is seriously thinking about giving former NFL star Greg Hardy a contract. Sources have confirmed that Hardy is set to debut June 12th on “Dana White Tuesday Night Fights.” Although Hardy has not had any pro fights, he is 3-0 as an amateur and showed nasty power.
Hardy is set to face off agains Brandon Sayles, who is 5-1 at DWTNCS. If he looks good, expect Dana White to offer up a 3 or 4 fight deal to Hardy.
Gregy Hardy’s football career was cut short after allegations were made by a former girlfriend that he assaulted her. Although the charges were dropped, Hardy never made it back to the NFL. It didn’t take long for Hardy to announce another a**-kicking career, fighting.
Greg thinks he can take his explosive NFL ability and turn it into MMA success. He claims he’s been working all day, every day at the gym, improving in every MMA aspect. Current UFC fighters should not take Hardy lightly. He won all 3 of his first fights in the first round, by TKO knockout. He’s an athletic freak who enjoys beating people down.
Gregy Hardy will be fighting out of American Top Team gym, where he will get elite training. One thing is for sure with this signing, Hardy is no punk and surely no CM Punk.
