Khabib Nurmagomedov suprised everyone after claiming a unanamous victory over Al Iaquinta by calling out George Saint Pierre for his next bout. Most people expected the Russian mauler to talk sh*t about Conor running scared, but instead he chose to hit up GSP.
The undefeated Khabib, just 29 years old, took the lightweight UFC title away from Conor McGregor and isn’t looking to give it up anytime soon. He later stated he is willing to fight Conor, but didn’t think the Irishman was man enogh to step into the ring with him. He stated, “Conor no wants to fight me, he wants to fight bus.” That pretty much explains it, Conor seems to be ducking Khabib and even Tony Ferguson.
Most people think Conor lost both fights to Nate Diaz, which is not that impressive considering Nate is not even in the top 10 lightweights, by many pro rankings. Now, the question is, if Conor had a hard time with Diaz, how would he do against Khabib? Conor knows the answer to that question and that’s why he hasn’t fought in more than a year.
Conor wants an easy fight or won’t fight at all. If McGregor is trutly the “Mac Man” then shut up and let your fists do the talking. Step in with Khabib and show the world you aren’t a scared pu**y.
